Shipping And Delivery Policy

This is another policy that must be clearly stated on website. Include the delivery time frame and any restrictions that merchant might have on delivering the products. A company must ship your order within the time stated in its ad or give an option notice to the customers otherwise

  • How long it will take to dispatch your order?

In normal practice we accept your order on same date and dispatch the same-by-same day or next day (except Sunday). In some cases it may take some time to dispatch order

  • How long it will take to deliver your order?

If your order is shipped by Air mode then it will take around 2-3 days and if your order is shipped by surface then it will take 3 to 5 days once shipped depending upon your location. This timeline is just estimation and actual delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. When we use independent carriers to deliver orders, we base the estimated delivery dates upon information provided to us by the independent carriers. We cannot determine your exact delivery time, but we can tell you if your order has been shipped, and whether or not there are any problems with it that have been reported to us that could delay delivery.   • How delivery charges is calculated?

We don’t charge for delivery but in case of dispatch material through air mode (that customer need to specify at the time of order) freight charges will be borne by buyer and freight charges will be communicated with buyer.

  • If you entered wrong delivery address, what to do?

At the time of placing order please be careful to put correct address. Once material is dispatch changing address will be chargeable from our courier partner. In case order is not dispatched, we can make necessary change in delivery address.

  •  Can you have different shipping and billing address?

Yes, at the time of your order there is separate fill in box for delivery address & billing address. Please fill accordingly and we will do as your command.

  • What if you don’t receive your order on schedule delivery date?

In this case kindly contact our customer support with your order id. We will follow up with courier partner and assure best for you.

  •  You receive your most of your order but missing some item, what to do?

First check your order and shipment confirmation emails to determine if your missing item is scheduled to ship separately. If your missing item was scheduled to arrive with other items, but was missing, please Contact Customer Service for assistance.
